I wasn't sure what to make of this book when I started reading it. I think I had been expecting something different (to be fair, I think I got this on some kind of kindle deal so I might not have read the information quite as closely as usual). But after a tentative start, I have to say that I really enjoyed this book!

A Discovery of Witches/Shadow of Night
Yeah, I re-read these. That makes three times for A Discovery of Witches. What can I say, it's an incredible book. I have to say, Shadow of Night was actually MUCH better the second time around. I really appreciated it more, probably because I was reading it back to back with the first one.
Note: I wanted to re-read these ahead of the third, and final, book in the series coming out in July. I cannot wait. Eeek!
